My name is Paul K. McComb.  I spent 27 years as a police officer for the City Of Pittsburgh, with over 15 years as a detective and supervisor.  As a former supervisor with the Mobile Crime Unit, I have extensive experience in fingerprinting and crime scene investigations. 

I provide a professional mobile ink fingerprinting service.  I use, and can provide, the FD 258 FBI fingerprint cards. I provide the completed cards to you to submit to your requesting agency.  Many requestors, such as various state licensing boards, employers, and government agencies, insist on ink fingerprint cards over livescan.  I provide two ink cards at one low price.  I provide a professional service.  My qualities include prompt and reliable service.

I am registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State.  I have been in business for over 17 years and have serviced hundreds of clients with total satisfaction.  I am often referred by the City of Pittsburgh Police, Allegheny County Police, FBI, and Pa State Police for ink recordings in the Pittsburgh area.  My law enforcement credentials will satisfy all agency requestors as a professional, qualified entity to record prints.  I can provide my services often times immediately on the same day, including evening hours, all day weekends, or any time at your convenience.
